The Tea Haus is a specialty tea retailer offering a wide selection of premium loose leaf teas, teaware, seasonal blends, and curated tea products. With a strong product catalogue and loyal customer base, The Tea Haus serves both local customers and online shoppers looking for high-quality teas and thoughtful gift options. 

Their product offering includes classic blends, herbal teas, matcha, seasonal collections, wellness-focused teas, mugs, accessories, and limited-time promotional products. With a business rooted in quality, experience, and product discovery, The Tea Haus needed digital advertising that reflected the warmth, variety, and personality of the brand. 

The brief

After running Google Ads with the same agency for several years, The Tea Haus was looking for a fresh perspective on its digital advertising strategy. The account had a strong foundation, but there was an opportunity to refine campaign structure, improve ad performance, and refresh the creative direction across paid media channels. 

The Tea Haus partnered with Foundery to manage Google Search Ads and Meta Ads with a renewed focus on performance, creative testing, and seasonal campaign strategy. The goal was to increase online transactions and revenue while presenting the brand in a more inviting and engaging way across search and social platforms.

Meta Ads helped The Tea Haus showcase its products in a more visual and engaging way. We refreshed the creative approach with designed ads that highlighted seasonal teas, product launches, promotions, and giftable items. 

This strategy helped generate ongoing product discovery and engagement across Facebook and Instagram. Campaigns such as Spring in Bloom, Darjeeling, Matcha, anniversary promotions, and holiday-focused ads helped drive purchases while keeping the brand active and visible in customers’ feeds. 

Measurement and integration through tracking and reporting played an important role in guiding the strategy. By reviewing monthly performance across spend, transactions, revenue, social engagement, and year-over-year growth, we were able to identify high-performing products and campaign themes.
