The client
Denny’s Bus Lines is a Canadian transportation company offering charter bus rentals, sightseeing tours, school transportation, wedding transportation, and group travel services across Ontario and beyond.
Known for their reliable service, experienced drivers, and diverse fleet, Denny’s Bus Lines serves a wide range of clients including schools, sports teams, tour groups, wedding parties, corporate organizations, and community groups. Their services are designed to provide safe, comfortable, and dependable transportation experiences for groups of all sizes.
The brief
When Denny’s Bus Lines partnered with Foundery, the company had done very little digital marketing previously. Their initial goal was straightforward: improve the visibility and performance of their website through a one-time SEO project.
The engagement began with a three-month SEO initiative alongside ongoing social media management and paid social advertising. During the project, it quickly became clear that there was a significant opportunity to build long-term growth through a more comprehensive digital strategy. Before the initial SEO engagement was complete, Denny’s Bus Lines expanded the partnership into an ongoing SEO and digital marketing retainer.
Operating in a competitive transportation market, Denny’s Bus Lines needed to improve online visibility, strengthen brand credibility, and generate more qualified quote requests from potential customers searching for charter transportation services. To achieve these goals, we focused on:

1. Foundational SEO Improvements
The project began with a comprehensive SEO initiative focused on improving the website’s structure, expanding service-related content, and increasing visibility for relevant transportation searches.
We developed optimized service pages targeting key customer segments including charter bus rentals for sports teams, social groups, tours, weddings, and schools. These additions helped Denny’s Bus Lines appear more prominently for a wider range of high-intent searches while improving the overall user experience.
2. Paid Advertising & Brand Visibility
